Committed to safety
JL Minter is committed to providing a safe environment in the workplace along with abiding by all regulations as they pertain to our industry which are set forth in federal, state and local standards; and good practice as dictated by locations and circumstances. Employees are required to participate in an online safety training program pertinent to our industry and expected to strictly adhere to our written safety policy.

Each of our work trucks is equipped with a fire extinguisher and emergency first aid supplies, as well as personal protective equipment (PPE). Each journeyman and most apprentices are trained in first aid and CPR.

We constantly evaluate and implement new programs and training strategies in an effort to eliminate occupational injuries.
