JL Minter was selected to work through the design and budgeting processes and performed electrical system installation for the 40,000 sq. ft., three-level addition and limited renovation of existing Alumni House. Detailed installation was required throughout the facility including in the ballroom and pre-function areas due to the architectural nature and symmetry of the space. Ballroom work included layout and installation of eight 200 lb. chandeliers mounted 16 ft. above finished floor, along with cove and recessed lighting. The project also included installing a 120 ft. duct bank, 2500-amp service, 125kw generator, fire alarm system and detailed commissioning procedures. The project was completed on time and within budget.
